My vehicle could not be returned on the initial service day. That was fine as I had a loaner. I was notified on the initial service day that my vehicle would be returned either in the morning or afternoon. I had a commitment in the late morning so I asked for the afternoon but it had to be back by 4:30 because of a commitment at 5. I hear nothing from you folks by 2 so I call. What I got was “well I will check with the scheduler to see if We ca get it in line”. That means it was not going to get here by 4:30. Your service advisors are in a tough position BUT they need to pay attention to the details i.e. btw 4:30.

Very incompetent service department. Technician did not put back the cooling system correctly which affected battery system. When I picked up the car, they said everything was good. Critical battery management system error popped up after going to level 3 charger. They made me waste 4 hours, which could have been avoided if they thoroughly double check and tested the vehicle. Now I have to drive all night (500 miles) and drive at 1am instead of 9pm. Worst service department ever!
