During my recent interaction with Rachelle regarding the confirmation of an open recall on my vehicle, I sensed a tone of irritation in her response. She indicated, "You wouldn't have received a call from us if there wasn't an open recall." A straightforward acknowledgment such as, "Yes, Mr. Elliott, there is an open recall," would have sufficed and facilitated a more productive conversation.
