Service was great, I was taken aback when I found scratches on the side rear panel drivers side. They attempted to correct but there remains a deep scratch.

Everything regarding the service of the car and the customer experience was good. However, and this occurred last time you had my vehicle, I received a speed alert (anything over 90mph) when the vehicle was in your possession at 8:06am on 4/24/25 near your dealership at 2664 Research Dr. There is no need for the car to be going over 90mph on a surface street. I don’t handle your loaner in a reckless manner and would hope that same courtesy would be reciprocal. Mentioning this last time doesn’t seem to have done anything so thus I am disappointed that this occurred again.
