Some one change the auto light settings, the car lights did not come on at night nor did the day driving lights. I do not know right now if there are any other issues. I know last time car was brought there they forgot to reset the service alert and that was an inconvenience. As for Melissa, she appeared to have them things right, but unfortunately, your technicians have let her down.

Back in May I paid for a full set of brakes. I had no choice but to Install them. Called manager and he said he would call back on Monday and never got a call back. When I went yesterday I was told the best they can do for the chips on my brake pads was 10% off the next purchase. Absolutely felt offended about that and it felt like a slap in the face. We pay way too much to be treated like this . And when the service member spoke to me basically it was my fault as the client that he the manager didn’t call back. I will leave a negative review on google if this isn’t fixed . Highly unacceptable

If I had to criticize anything, I would say he needs to be better at updating the client, especially in the link he texted me. My car had been there for about a month. When the car was returned, there were several new chips on the trim. I reached out as soon as I received it. Jonathan said he talked with him managers and they will 100% cover it. On top of that, my engine cover was missing and we didn’t know until I was getting my oil changed. We brought the car in and they said that it was their service person and that he was actually fired for doing stuff like that. So they had it in their possession and would install it. Then as I was driving back to Nevada for work, I hear dragging noises because the panel was not installed correctly. I called the service manager and Mayra said that she watched them screw each screw herself. Due to the awful dragging sound, she said to take it to a Genesis in Nevada to see if they can so something. That Genesis said that there are no screws but fasteners so there’s no way she would have seen them screw it in. They cut off the panel and said to take it back to have them fix it. Jonathan then texted me stating that they are not going to cover it 100% but 60% when it was their doing. They even went as far as to state that it’s just cosmetic and since I had a loaner car during the time so that should be more than enough for them not correcting the chips that they caused. How is that appropriate since they damaged my car?
