I’m not happy with service. The car issue was not solved and while the car was in service, I didn’t not receive updates. Towards the end, I got a text that my vehicle was ready for pick, and I was confused since I hadn’t heard from the technician yet. Eventually the technician called and left a message that the car was ready for pick up. I had to call and asked if they solve the problem. The service definitely needs to improve. I’m very dissatisfied with service.
