I was pleasantly impressed with the professionalism and courtesy of Derrick Simmons. What makes me look for another dealership are the outrageous cost of service at Genesis Corona at Cardinale Way. One recent example: Replacement of 8 spark plugs: $1075.67. I paid not much more for my Mercedes S600 a few years ago, which had 24 spark plugs.

I Never received a status call. I had to do the calling. Your coupon in your mailer wasn’t honored even though I reminded her several times. Your valet is a great idea, but not when they are hours late picking up and dropping off. Everybody’s always busy so when you set a window of time you plan your day accordingly.
