TJ was perfectly fine, but it took 3 hours after checking in to get the multipoint inspection back (and that was with me having an appointment). I’m not inclined to come back.

Service to rotate tires and change oil was satisfactory; however, the wait was 3 hours long. I checked in 30 minutes early and left 3 hours later. If over booking, this needs to be addressed. I was told there was an issue when checking in and I understand that but long waiting times has happened more than once to us. We have (3) 4Runners that were purchased and are serviced here.
