Tuscaloosa Toyota consistently gives honest feedback and doesn't try to upsell me on services I don't need, which makes it worth it to me to visit from Birmingham regularly. Oil change took a bit longer today, but they did want to clean my hybrid filters, and I don't mind occasionally waiting a little longer, as its typically really fast.
