The battery in the truck is left completely uncovered. Not sure if it’s connected or not. And my passenger side seat back is left laying down on the back seat. Don’t know why anyone would be over there. NOT SATISFIED AT ALL!!!!’

Communication is very poor. The vehicle was very dirty when received and quite low on fuel. I had an engine replaced and I expected it to be returned in the same condition at the very least. I spent an hour at the car wash scrubbing the inside. I asked for a manager to call me, they never did. I doubt I ever buy another vehicle from Tuscaloosa Toyota. At this point I’d rather drive to Birmingham for services and purchases. Overall Very Dissatisfied.
