The service provided by John Ellenburg was very good. However, the technician spilled oil on the top of the engine cover and on the vehicle frame below the oil filter and did not wipe those areas clean. Regarding the oil that spilled on the vehicle frame under the oil filter, in the future, please attach a hose to the drip tray mounted under the oil filter and route it away from the frame and into a drain pan.
Overall, I am very satisfied with everyone I met at Toyota of Gastonia. I found them to be very friendly and helpful.

While I understand the efficiency of your electronic system for detailing work recommended for my car, I would have liked to receive some better interaction and information. I never received an estimated timeframe for completion of the work to be performed until I called to inquire about it after waiting over an hour and a half. I find this unacceptable.
