The service I receive is always the best and very satisfying as a customer. Scott and his service department are always prompt, very friendly & courteous. I have no complaints at all. They’re always good to explain how many free oil changes & tire rotations I have left. Great staff & great facility.

Sticker for oil change was not switched out on windshield
Caps for the rims were not placed back on the truck after I was upsold on the tire rotation and balancing.
The battery i replaced still has corrosion on the top bracket holding the battery in place.
$500 bill for what was supposed to be just a oil change and this left a bad taste in my mouth for trusting Toyota of Gastonia going forward.

I took my car in for service this was the first service that was not covered by Toyota. First I got a text to buy my car. Then a text to tell me my car was ready when it was not. It took over 2 hours to get an oil change and recall completed. That was an hour longer once I got another text trying to sell me extra service. According to the review I needed a service that should have been completed at 30000 miles. If that the case why was it not offered then? Feel they were trying to over sell me. I will go elsewhere now and I have been a customer over 20 years. Customer service is very important and now I have no trust in dealership. Only want to make more sells.

Mr Odom was very courteous and able to put me at ease. I had a bad experience with a flat tire which caused me some distress. I pulled into the bay with no appointment and he was right there to tell me my tire could be repaired quickly and reinstalled on my car. I came in with no appointment and my service was taken care of but there was issue with my lug and stud one of them got stripped out but the service writer took care of it so I do appreciate that but also I came home and realize there was oil stains all over my truck and I had just finished cleaning it so that did make me upset
