Back in 2023, my husband and I went to Toyota of Gastonia looking for a new Rav4, but were not happy with the treatment in sales. No one talked to us on the lot. So we went to Toyota of North Charlotte, and I drove my new car off the lot that day. Since my purchase, I have always taken my car back to Toyota of N Clt because of the friendliness and service we received. It took hours out of my day driving from Gastonia to Charlotte for servicing, so yesterday I thought I would try Toyota of Gastonia service department for my oil change and 5 point inspection this time. I was very happy with the service they provided. I was kept informed by Eddie on how it was going and costs. Thanks to him and the service department for a great experience, I will continue with Toyota of Gastonia going forward. Thank guys!
