3 weeks out i booked my appointment for the very very earliest 7:30. I get to the door and literally am the first one in the shop that day and yet all these other people get done before me… took 2 and half hours for the simplest of things. Why would I ever book an appointment again?

The process was good and the people I dealt with were to. The fact that my cabin filter was dirty and the technician put it VERY carefully back in a manner that keep every loose piece of leaf debris is amazingly ridiculous. It took care and intentional attention to advice that. Pathetic customer care when all they have to do was tap it on a trash can and it would've been clean. My air filter was also fine. That's the 2nd time a TOG tech did this with my cabin filter.
