My mobility is limited. This is my third visit there. The first two times I walked on the outside since steps are extra hard. In this visit, Montreko said I could drive my car to the waiting area and someone would pick it up and bring it back. That was so very much appreciated.

I never spoke to my service advisor not once today. Upon my arrival I was greeted by another gentlemen who took my mileage and told me to have a seat. Once my service was complete I paid with the cashier who told me to go to the wrong vehicle, then didn’t know where the keys were to my vehicle and I had to ask who John was prior to leaving. Again we never spoke. Overall my vehicle seems to be running smooth and I’m grateful for that.
