I was told when I brought my leased vehicle in for maintenance that I needed new tires that all 4 of them were worn down to nothing just in the center of the tire. He offered me a new set of the same tires for $1,400. I asked for the specs on the Michelin tires at checkout and the guy said they were 60,000 mile tires……. I have 31,000 miles on my car. He was as surprised as I was. The only reason he could give me was that maybe there was too much air in the tires…. I have always came to Toyota for service and have never put air in my tires. Toyota needs to reach out to the Michelin rep and figure out what the problem is. After I get home I realized that after they did the rotation on my tires they put the worst of the 4 tires on the front of my car??

When items come up in the inspection I would prefer for someone to physically come talk to me instead of sending items for approval through text. Especially when it is significant in price. Pictures taken are hard to view on the phone.
