Mr Gaddy has been my service representative on many visits and has always made me feel comfortable and satisfied with the service I received. Scott (service manager) has always been more than eager to answer any questions I would have and has always accompanied me with any concerns I may have had.

My car still feels out of balance after they rotated and supposedly balanced the tires. Tires are only a couple months old so it’s not that I need new tires. Shouldn’t need aligned either since that was done on my last service.

I met Ryan a few years back when he was assigned to me during a visit and I have never received such professional and outstanding customer care from any type of business as I have with him.
