Appointment for an oil change at 10:30am turned into a 5 hour wait for an oil change and break replacement (front & rear). Finally left the service department at 3:30pm. It is understandable to wait an hour or two extra for an unexpected break job, but not 5 hours. No update nor estimated time for repair was given. I am a stay-at-home mother of two young children; one 6 months old, the other 22 months old. My time is valuable. Childcare is not easy to line up. If I would have known my appointment would keep me at the dealership for 5 hours, I would have made arrangement to better suit my family’s needs.
