I do not like the AI contact message while I am in the waiting area Am I supposed to read the technician suggestion on what my vehicle needs without a person there to explain what a 500.00 to 600.00 estimate is on an AI a message and just click ok? I was making my way to the service counter to get a person to explain to me this totally impersonal text I received especially since I am waiting in the customer lounge. This is taking technology too far. Good old customer service is still needed.

No need to contact. I know it was a rainy day but if a patch for a tire takes over an hour, I’m a little worried at how long a tire rotation/oil/filters/fluid would take. Also a little concerned the vehicle I bought from Toyota of Gastonia did not come up in the system. Nor did my customer information. Also a little worrisome. But maybe it was a glitch in your system.
