My car, inexplicably would not start on Monday I was sitting in a parking lot 20 miles from home Fortunately, I called your service department and Sherri actually helped me and we got the car started and we returned home. Today, my son took the car in for routine service and a deep dive into why the car did not start on Monday. According to my son the service person did not even look into what had caused the problem. Said he couldnt replicate it. I understand that but i need some assurance this wont happen again. The car is just 1year old If this is a commonly occurring issue., it would be nice to know that.
