Before my arrival I called and spoke with a representative to ask a few questions regarding the prices and availability for an oil change.i saw a very good price that included the oil change, filter and tire rotation. The ad didn't show it in a coupon form so I was unable to print it out. Upon my arrival at the dealership I mentioned the ad I saw online. Toni advised me that I needed to have printed it out. As we discussed it further I really wanted the price advertised online or I would not have continued the service with them. Toni said no problem we will work around it. They did and within an hour I received my car back with the work done. Toni delivered on her promise. The bottom price was met and I left a satisfied customer. Will certainly do business with them2nd again.

When I was in Florida at Toyota I never received this kind of service . When I arrived til’ the it was nothing but perfection from the front office to check in and also when u are greeted by the back people to take the car to the back. Everything they did to fix my radio which should have been done when I bought the car. Also the way they speak to you makes you feel very comfortable going there. If I trade or buy another car it will be Toyota and probably at facility for the way we were treated every time we go there.
