I have been having a ongoing issue with the interior of the truck for over a year and it has been documented with pictures and their has been no resolution now I was told they can not find the photos that were taking. The overall quality of the trucks interior is sub par at best . They replaced plastic part drivers side where the lumber controls are. Last oil change it lasted a month it is broke again . Paint is peeling off the steering wheel has been since 6 months after purchase still not fixed . We I get an oil chance they do not do there inspection of the vehicle like they are suppose to I have 45 k on it not once have they ever told me I am do for an air filter or cabin filter. Plugs are do on the truck under the maintenance schedule but no one says anything. My experience was why better at the ford dealership seems like they had a beater more qualified staff .

I would have liked to received a paper copy of the results when the battery was checked, tires , a check list of everything checked. Nathan did a good job and was pleased. Only thing he could have done different is to give a checklist of everything that was checked. Maybe they don’t give paper copy of everything checked. I’ve been to another dealer and really liked getting the check list results.
