I had an appointment for car recall fix. Had someone told me what to expect, about how long to wait for the check in for dropping off the car and what i was waiting for , that would have made the experience much better. I wait for close to an hour but didn’t really know what i was waiting for and what to expect. When we come pick up the car, same comment, we arrived but the greeter keep telling us to sit down, no explanation, a simple comment of the associates were very busy , probably a X minute wait would have done it. Thanks.

The greeter was terrific, kind and helpful. The advisor provided poor customer service, not helpful, seemed too busy to help customers. However, the worst aspect was she specifically told me I would receive a customer survey, and if I did not give her a score of 10, then don’t fill it out, an egregious response.
