I am so enamored by your staff. I can tell from my extensive experience in customer service working at San Francisco Airport for Delta. Not happy at all. First visit service not done after 1 1/2 hourcwait. 2nd return visit after waiting 6 hours I was told part needed for recall was not ordered car was not fixed. AFTER 6 HOURS. Took them a 1/2 hour alone to bring me my car. They brought wrong car. I had to go look and find my own car. That was Tuesday the 30th. I was told they would call when part arrives. No call yet. Worst service department ever.

When being told a part would arrive in 3 days and waiting nearly 3 months without a radio, I understand things happen and delays are inevitable sometimes. The total lack of communication, not answering calls, not calling back after numerous phone calls and voicemails was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. In order to get any response I would have to show up in person, wasting my time just to get a simple update. It wasn’t until I escalated to upper management that the part suddenly arrived within 3 days after over 2 months of waiting. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.
