I did not anticipate that the Instrument Cluster dimming problem would require replacing the part and leaving the car at the dealer for more than three days. On top of that surprise, I was not provided a loaner vehicle. Even though transportation to and from the dealership was provided, it is not acceptable to keep vehicles overnight and not provide a loaner. This was very inconvenient for me. While George ultimately delivered on the repair timeline originally committed, I feel he could have better communicated progress so I wouldn’t have to make multiple calls for updates. Ultimately, the repair was successful, and I appreciate the vehicle being returned in excellent, clean condition.
