The lady sitting by the front reception desk I believe her name is Maryann. I was there for drop off and pick up, both times she was really unhelpful and rude. Basic courtesy as a service department when customers walk in is to welcome your guests, she didn’t say anything as I walk in and when I asked her to see George, her answer was “ his desk is over there.” I said he is not there then she told me to just sit and wait with the rude attitude tone. She maybe the only season i wouldn’t recommend anyone Hyundai. I am a very easy to pleased person and not asking for much. But Maryann was shocking me for how such negative person can communicate with other guests. George was helpful.

The technician was TERRIBLE.
I kept my car for 5 days, said he fixed it (4 repairs). when I got back the car, nothing has been done, including a security issue that is related to electricity. He said he'll come to my office to talk to my employer because I would have "talk bad" about him. I'm feeling lost.
Hopefully José Munõz offered his help so we'll see.
