The service was good but it would be better if you guys put a courtesy car every time theres a longer hours to wait for pick up the car

Staff was well aware of the extended warranty regarding door latches. They honored my claim to utilize the the warranty without insisting I pay up front for an inspection.
I was offered a ride to my destination and a ride to pick up the vehicle. The part has to be ordered and I don't need a delayed appt to have it installed. Top notch service.
