A few months ago, I gave your service a one-star rating in Google review. It was really terrible experience, especially who are taking follow-up calls. However, during my recent visit a few days ago, I noticed an immediate improvement, starting from the moment I walked through the door. The entire process, from the door to meeting with the adviser, was seamless, efficient, and very friendly. I was especially impressed by the adviser, Nayagodamu, whose professionalism and friendly manner truly made a difference. I'm happy to see such a significant improvement!

Some of the worst car service I have ever experienced. I recently got my car serviced here for $800 and nothing I mentioned was checked on, not even the dashboard was reset and my car drove the same if not worse after I picked it up. I was having reoccurring issues with my transmission that needed immediate attention as well and it has been impossible to get ahold of anyone. I called SIX times today and left a message and was not able to reach anyone. I know that is excessive but I’m so tired of this and want to get my car fixed. Hopefully this is constructive feedback but yeah I do not plan on ever coming back to this dealership ever again.
