I came in for a recall service, but after my car had been there for about 4 hours, I got a call to come and get my car, but they didn't have the part to do the work. I had an appointment for a couple of weeks, so I don't understand why you booked me in if you didn't have the part to do the work. It would have been better for you to call and cancel the appointment. I also requested a new as cap at the time of making my appointment, but nobody had ordered it, so it wasn't available yesterday either. My time was wasted, and I will have to come back again to get the recall taken care of. Everyone was friendly at the office, but it was a disappointing experience this time.

Check in takes way too much time, gentleman assisting me ( perhaps a trainee???) typed with one finger, and did not seem to know what was required, so it took 20 mins just to check me in. Pick up was marginally better, because the receptionist took over and found my paperwork and keys. Customer service training is needed!

Well, I am disabled and when you offered to wash my car, you have no idea what a gift that was. My car looks beautiful after you wash the outside and vacuum the front ,you even snap something back into place that I could’ve never done. This was in addition to two recalls I had fixed so I thank you for your service with integrity.
