No work been done you have my car for over a month. I was hoping by the time I get back my car it will be in good condition. But instead the engine light is still on Everytime I make a stop engine will turn off same problem nothing been done

I arrived on time for my appt - it took 45 mins waiting to speak to a "service advisor." At the end of the day, several calls to the dealership to see if my car was ready did not reach a human. Eventually I left a voice mail as requested. I finally just showed up before service closed and picked up the car. The voice mail was not returned until the next day. I have no complaints about what was done to the car. The people were all nice. But the the overall process was well below what I consider good customer service.

Victor had great customer service!! A Warm welcome as soon as i entered the building. He made sure I was taken care of while I waited. He was also the last person I spoke to when I picked up my car. Both Sherry and Victor made up for the last experience I had at the dealership. Because of them I would go back for maintenance.

Made appointment for recall month ahead, brought in and hyundai had car for 2 day then told me did not have parts? Why not just call me and reschedule if you cant do it and waste my time?

I was told the car would be ready in 3-4 hours and I would get a text. 6 hours later there was no news. I had to call twice to get an update. Finally after 7 hours I was told the car was ready. Car was not properly cleaned either.
