While I was waiting for my car to be worked, i noticed Elizabeth Czahar interact with a number of customers. I was impressed with her level of detail helping recognize an imput error to a customers info, helping another customer service understand a piece of equipment belonged to their car and helping another customer who needed help with an estimate with an insurance claim.
In other interactions she showed a helpful and efficient effort with a sense of humor.

If there is a backlog and you’re not going to finish service at the time you said it would be done, please update the customer as soon as possible. There are customers who travel a considerable distance to get to the service center and it’s important to communicate clearly, so as to not waste their time.
