Service rep (Matt) was very friendly and provided excellent service and communication.
Needs improvement:
- cannot book service appointments in the app for this location
- therefore no record of the appointment time other than text reminder
- requested communication prior to the appointment. Rep Kevan was not responsive
- no call backs from voicemails left with the service department
- service was VERY VERY slow. I waited for 3 hours

I overheard that she was the only advisor on the floor at the moment and I observed how focused, dedicated, and committed she was to attend to all customers as fast as she can while also ensuring that all customers get the quality they deserve. As someone with many years of management experience, I could easily recognize her commitment and dedication to her position. She is an example of a top performing employee who cares about the work that they do. I do hope that her being the only advisor for that brief time I witnessed was a one off situation, as I would hate to witness employee burnout and turnover from someone who has this level of professionalism and drive to excel in their role.

There was a serious lack of communication, even with multiple texts, email and voicemail left. Not being able to reach the office during business hours is also terrible. It is the biggest factor in not returning for service at this dealership. Jefte is a great mechanic, so I will continue to consider that. My best advice: be proactive with your customers, communicate timelines, communicate receiving each message or people become frustrated and angry. It is easier to return a call then deal with frustrated clients later.

1. Initially, making the appointment took 4 hours and many calls with no call backs, though promised. When I called sales and explained, (trying to get into a live person in service)instead of doing something, he said ‘call save””service!’ And gave me a number. That number twice had its voice maill messaging full. I kid you not.
2. 3 hours 20 minutes for a warranty visit (oil change and fluids check [washer fluid obviously not checked and filled…what else possibly not checked?…who knows, and tire rotation] is in my view really too long. 1 hour 20 minutes longer than the ‘advisor’ told me at intake

I'd called 4-5 times asking you to have a replacement part purchased before I arrived, it never happened, and I never heard from the parts department or anyone else to explain why it couldn't happen. Very frustrating, and now I'll have to make an extra visit, which is what I wanted to avoid.

Matt stood by his word the entire time my Elantra was being fixed. Though I had to bring the car back several times as the 100K maintenance ( cost me over $2,000 ) & issues identified initially was not performed when I informed Matt he immediately attended to the issues. On two different appointment dates You promised me that you would have the parts on the day of service and I verified that three times on the phone with you guys and I got there and they either didn’t show up or they were the wrong parts. I lost two days of work and I’m extremely disappointed and I’ve lost $750. As the dealer ship, I expect you to uphold a professional standard. And the last time I was there, the manager said oh well these things happen there’s nothing I can do which pretty much amounts to passing the problem on me. Totally unacceptable.

Advisor John gave me his direct extension to call for an additional appointment to replace a steering wheel coupler. I left a message the next day, but never received a callback. His mailbox was full when I tried again several times. I called the service dept. # and was told they would have John call me. After 3 weeks and no callback, I found someone else to do the work at a much lower price.
