My experience was horrible someone literally stole my cologne out my back seat on the date of June 4,2024, between 10:15am-620pm. I been Tryen to reach out the Matthew but I still haven’t got no response. I am 100% I left it in the car. And they left a pendent in my car da don’t belong to me like they consider this a trade of something. I am very upset and need the problem solved. I didnt consent to you guys to clean my carpet only agree to the car wash and the tire check. There are thefts that work at this location in San Bruno service center next to the police station. I will be filling out a police report if not answered about this theft. My number is ****-****-xxxx. Email is Not sure if the worker who took. My stuff may have wore this pedent not sure. But it don’t belong to me . It was no reason for anyone to be in my back seat. Pls contact me so we can get to the bottom of this I am really upset about coming to get my car fixed and get stuff stolen out my car.
