Spent two hours there and was finally told the part was not there so they could not complete my recall. 2 hours!!! Then went to the parts department to see if the touch up paint I paid for weeks ago was in. The door was locked and the detailers told me the guy was at lunch. Obviously a horrible visit. Matthew the service advisor was nice, but it was such a disappointment. And nothing I can do because it’s the only Hyundai dealer anywhere near me. I’m sure this complaint will be ignored anyway

Everyone encountered was extremely cordial. Nevertheless, it took half an hour from the time I arrived for my scheduled service before the formalities were concluded. The servicing took 1-2 hours longer than the service managers estimate, but that is probably not unusual for an appointment that began at 10:45 AM. Aside from these two minor issues everything went well

My recall appointment was scheduled 2-weeks prior to at San Bruno Location. I took a day off and dropped my vehicle off to service advisor John Su only to be told 45min later that they didn’t have the part in stock and he ordered it and will take 7 days to arrive. I was very upset and told him how unprofessional his attitude towards me was and he then replied I can take my vehicle to another dealership. You as a large corporation should retrain your whole entire service department (advisors) on what true customer service is all about. I rate my experience with San Bruno Hyundai a 0 and highly likely not to come back nor recommend to any one.
