Worst overall service experience I have ever had after 35 years of owning cars. The whole process from meeting for an on time appointment to regular training melt updates to proof and justification for recommended repairs to no return phone calls from service team or overall dealer manager to no return calls after making a Hyundai corporate customer service claim, etc. the list goes on. One more reason why I can’t see myself buying another Hyundai.

There was a battery issue that prevented the car from starting. Sherry was able to fit me in within a few days. She took care of me and got the car inspected amd get it back to working order. Thanks.

Sherry is very attentive and apologetic when something goes wrong. However, the parts and service team lack professionalism and make it difficult for her to do her job. I called sherry the day before my appointment to confirm that the part needed for my repair would be there (or else there was no point in making a long drive to the dealership). She directed me to the parts department where I left a message and received no reply. I overheard at least two other customers today say they also didn’t receive callbacks from the parts department. Of course when I go to the appointment today, the parts department doesn’t have the part I needed even though I made this appointment for this specific repair months ago. They also didn’t communicate this to sherry in a timely manner which means I was probably waiting for hours longer than needed. I have no complaints about sherry but I feel bad that she works with such unprofessional people.
