The car was delivered late, without everything being taken care of, no wash no vacuuming, still haven't received my receipt for the work done for my records. overall felt unprofessional and would have a hard time recommending anyone to get their car serviced there.

The best part is that he definitely knows how fast the shop moves and how busy they get. He gave me an estimate time of completion and it was dead on. The parts my car need took to long to arrive Daniel is not good a communicating status in car, I didn't receive an estimate in writing and the word estimate was over 1000. Witch shock me. At this time I haven received the email from the summary of my car he denied my husband the print copy when he pick up my car. The Hyundai company did not help me much I'm disappoinment I have to pay a lot of money to fix my car plus I have to spend money in public transportation with out offering me a loan car for the 3 weeks my car stay in the dealer because it was not a big issue in my car. Over all I'm very disappointed for his Hyundai and the independent dealer manage my case.
