930 appointments were taken before our 915 appointment even though we were there in time We had to wait 4+ hours for Hyundai to just say they needed to order a part. And in the end they didn’t even get the information they needed as I got an email asking for info from the car. There was no explanation of why it took so long. Patricia.

Intake could be a little more efficient. For example, have you considered having someone outdoors to receive customers as they arrive and scan the VIN number on their car to initiate check-in?

I was so happy to see that San Bruno Genesis Hyundai was able to get George on your team. Having previously had business deals with George when he was over in Dublin, I can tell you this. San Bruno Hyundai Genesiscould not have gotten a better man to be part of your team here in San Bruno. Just an FYI. I live at South San Francisco and in the past because of the lack of a Genesis dealership locally I was doing business with Hanley Genesis in Richmond. However, I had the opportunity to do business with Dublin when George was the man over there and I began going there for all of my service needs. Why? Because he’s the best guy that I’ve ever done business with at a local dealership and that goes beyond Genesis.
