I was completely satisfied with the person with whom I was communicating with. Very courteous from start to finish. The part I am not satisfied with has to do with the delay in getting me access to a rental car for repairs that were all under warranty. I made it clear after 2 days figuring it out on my own that I’d need a rental for the 3rd day in the afternoon at the latest. While this was acknowledged, when I inquired about it on the third day, I was made aware that it would not happen in the end. So I had to scramble again and pay for an Uber to go to work (no transit option from Pacifica to Foster City). If I had known the day before it was gonna be impossible, at least it would have given me time to try to find alternate options one more time. This is my only issue with the service experience. Everything else was A1.

After the first phone call, where I was told the car would be ready that day, I was not contacted. I called the next morning and was told I'd be able to pick it up that afternoon. No one called me..I called and left messages. Nothing..I had to call several more times on Saturday to find out the car had not even been looked at yet

I believe that a courtesy ride should be provided if someone has to wait more than three hours. No one should have to wait that long. For example, my appointment was at 9:00 AM, and I didn't leave until 2:25 PM. I understand that Hyundai stopped providing courtesy rides in January, but I urge you to reconsider and reinstate this service. Please don't follow the airlines' example in this regard.
