We had a flat tyre and were dropped off at Hyundai San Bruno at around 10-15am by the Tow truck. We spoke to the employee who said there was only one advisor on site and was overwhelmed so would give appointments priority. We had to wait for nearly 2 hours before someone came at spoke to us. We left that place at 2pm which was nearly 4 hours later. I was not happy with the service provided. It could have been handled better. We were stuck since the car was not driveable.

However, I was terribly disappointed that I waited months on this recall appointment, took the day off of work only to find out you didn't have the part in stock. Why would you have customers show up for this recall, yet not ensure you had the parts in place? I now need to take another day off this week to have this issue addressed. Please do better!
