Once I was able to speak to a service manager my experience was smooth. However, I waited over half an hour past my appointment time (10 am) and someone with an appointment time at 10:30 was taken before me, which was deeply frustrating. Additionally, when I drove up no one was there to tell me where to park my car so I was confused in the totally full parking lot for 5 minutes before just giving up and blocking some cars in.

Oscar was great. He understood the issues with the car, answered my questions and helped me. I had to get a loaner car and the one the rep (Maria) got for me was outrageously big for me but she was not flexible about finding me another car. (Actually Maria gets an F for customer service, flexibility and courtesy. Only when Oscar saw how big the car was and how risky for me to drive it, he found another one that was more appropriate for me. Oscar gets an A for that, Overall, it was a good experience although the wait was too long (one and half hour) for a simple thing of getting a loaner car.

The worst Hyundai dealership I’ve ever been to. No drinks or snacks at the very least. I’ve never ever seen that at any car dealership. The price of an oil change is outrageous. It is over twice the price of the last Hyundai dealership that I used in Arizona. If I’m still living in California at the time of my next service, I will literally go anywhere else.
