Service center manager, Mike, was very good and communicated well about next steps. They are clearly overwhelmed and need support to deliver customer service. It’s not the people, it’s the situation / tools available to them.

First Hyundai service visit and happy to have Blake. He was very pleasant to work with. He was attentive to my questions, made time to explain about the findings per inspection. He was honest with the possible wait time, and offered fob key duplication, body repair that may be considered. He still is to send the quotes for the tire, key duplication and body repair info. Overall, he gave great customer service.
