• there was no rhyme or reason to managing Guests coming in. There was an old man in the waiting room for over an hour, and when a new guest came in, team members would assist them while ignoring the people that came before them sitting on the couches. Somebody came to help me and I had to direct them to the old man who was sitting there, but way before me. • I was told a time for when my car would be done, when I came back, Oscar told me he would check on my car. Totally unbeknownst to him, my car was still sitting out front where I parked it, not even touched hours and hours later • I was told not to bring my children to the dealership next time. • there should be a service member welcoming guests and putting them on a list. Once a car is handed over, there needs to be an internal system to manage timing & communication with the owner

Took much too long. Had to wait when I arrived. Was told that car service would be completed and not handled then. Arrived at 8 am and didn’t leave til after 11:45.

Made an appointment because of a recall.I had a 9:30 am appointment and wasnt helped until after 10 am and the service took all day.I had to call them at about 3:30 pm to tell them that I needed my car by end of day and after putting me on hold they came back and said the car was ready..I had to call them to find that out.Again, poor customer service. I dont think I will ever purchase another Hyundai just because I've experienced terrible customer service at the San Bruno location. I found out about the recall from the Santa Clara office where they have excellent customer service.

During the checkup, the cabin air filter was taken out and not put back properly. The glove box was left in a disassembled state. We called repeatedly over three days and never received a call back from Danny, despite numerous assurances that he will call by the end of the business day. Eventually, I had to find out myself (on YouTube!) how to put the cabin air filter back and reassemble the glove box. I did it myself as you guys were never going to help. The level of services was low.
