Joseph was an amazing help!! Not only did he take care of the situation he really went above and beyond to help us! And was on top of our service making it really easy for us to get ETA on the vehicles recall updates. We would definitely love to work with him again and would recommend him! He made the process very easy, he was courteous, he was very honest and that to us is a big plus!

My service was performed OK, but not perfect. The rotation of the tires was the only thing that was done however, the technicians forgot to reset the display. Furthermore, as strongly, recommend that if you are planning to park the car so close to each other and such tiny places, you should have your technician drive the car out. In advertently scratched somebody else’s car and this was a stupid mistake that I learned the hard way. If you’re in the hospital, they They will take you in the wheelchair into the parking lot for a reason. Because they worry about liabilities. Somehow, you guys think it’s easy to pull out the car and it’s my fault because I scratch Somebody else, however, perhaps you should understand that you could’ve prevented this by making sure that the car is brought to the client into a space that’s easy to drive out.

I was very disappointed about how things went with my car. First of all, it totally broke down on me and I had to get it towed to the dealership as it was having issues I guess with one of the new recalls. Someone should’ve said that to me, so I didn’t worry until Monday when Jay called that this was not under warranty. Also, Jay assured me that he was going to call me before any work was done to my car. But instead he called me at almost noon telling me my car was done. This is not what he had said to me on Saturday and what we had agreed on . It is very disappointing that he did not talk to me in the morning to tell me what was going on and that he had work done to my car without me giving a final OK. This is very very unprofessional and I do not think I will be bringing my car back to the dealership as this is not the first time one of the people in the service department has done this.
