John and service was excellent start to finish and he is actually been one of the most reassuring things about our purchase because of the excellent care that we receive. He gets five stars and we will definitely be back.
It’s a little hard to follow up with the finance department because we are trying to get a platinum warranty and are having trouble to get through. If you guys could help facilitate that that would be great.

It took more than two hours for a basic oil change. My appt was at 715 and did not leave until 930.i also stated in the comments section when i made the appointment that I had another appointment to get to at 930. I thought the oil change first thing in the morning would be completed by 9am.

Joey was great on this visit.
My disappointment is that only a few days earlier a specific check of the 12 V battery came back as no problem. Then, after the problem reoccurred, a second check just days later found the battery not functioning correctly and in need of replacement. Much hassle for me and you folks would’ve been avoided had the first test been more accurate and the battery replaced on the first visit.
