My appt was for 7am. I was one of the first cars
Into the bay. However, it took over an hour for the work yo be completed. 4 people had come in after me for the same work and were done 15-25 min before me. I also discovered, while driving,bthat my hood latch was not secured, causing me to have to pull over on 39/90 to sevure my hood. Very dangerous and unnerving situation.
