I have worked on cars for a long time. I don’t know how you justify charging what you do. And this is just my opinion nothing more. Either you don’t have qualified mechanics to do the job or you just really over charge for work. It is really ridiculous for what you charge.

Only comment to make was that the store was busy on Monday. I had an 8:30 am appt. and no one started the check-in process until 9:00 am.

It took forever. I was told that they could not find the key for undoing the lug nuts on the wheels and that they might have to be cut off. Eventually they looked in the tire changing equipment and found it. My last tire rotation was with Smart…. So I don’t know if the last rotation folks put the key in the wrong place or what…. But I had a lot to get done yesterday and something simple ended up taking a Looooong time. I was not charged for the service but that didn’t compensate me for the time or stress. This was a new sort of experience for me at Smart. Maybe the heat? IDK.
