Great as always!

Not liking the new system. I had a scheduled appt at 11. Went to the section I normally went to and they told me to go by the express section to bay 5 or 6. Both of those bays were filled and had cars waiting outside. I parked and went in and waited 10 min to have someone check in with me. They said to pull up to any open bay. I pulled up to the only one without a car outside and then sat for close to 30 minutes by the time an adviser came out. I should've been done with the appt by the time I was even checked in.

Thanks for taking me to McDonald's for lunch I enjoyed my lunch eating at smart motors waiting for my car. Lisa H

Arturo was very friendly, consumer focused, seemed very professional and efficient.

Very happy to be invited inside the warm waiting room before the workers began bringing the car into the bldg.
