My wife Tina and I each have a Toyota that we have serviced at Smart. You have us both in one account in her name. When I get my car serviced, she gets calls and notifications about the service on my car. Since we are not together all day - in meetings, or at the gym - this does not work for us.
I request that you find a way to match my phone number with my RAV4 and her phone number with her Prius. Thanks.

You changed your policy for same day drive ups. Instead of being told when you can provide service and permitting the customer to return, the customer must wait on site until a service bay is available. Very inconvenient. Also I was told the service would take a half hour. After an hour I had to check if my car was done, which it wasn’t until I asked. I then waited 15 more minutes before being checked out. Far from the usual quality service I was used to after 3 cars and 15 years of service.
