Mellissa did a great job. As someone who has experience as an automotive technician I greatly appreciated the accuracy of information provided and the ethical approach to providing service without attempts to upsell services that are unnecessary or premature. I had body side moldings put on my Venza. When I picked up my car I was surprised and disappointed that the moldings were not what I expexted and the ones on the driver side did not line up. I talked to Nate and he said he would call me the next day. Ot was 2 days before we talked. I told him that I just wanted them removed and did not want any replacements. He said to bring my car back today and he would remove them and redund me for the cost. He did and I am happy with the resolution.
