My prescription glasses were on my front seat in a triangle black case. When I got my vehicle back they were not on my front seat. Toyota was the only place I was today and I know for a fact they were on my front seat because I was wearing my prescription sunglasses. I want to talk to a manager about this! I was glad to talk extensively w/ Ryan Kutty about how buying a new car has changed from pre-Covid times. My husband & I purchased my Camry Hybrid in 2015…but thanks to excellent care at Smart Motors Toyota, it’s chugging along pretty well. However, I may be interested in a newer vehicle at some point.

My issue is that with Toyota care, Toyota is paying for the services. After Toyota care is up it’s Smart giving employees free oil changes. Until the Toyota care is up employee oil changes should be treated just as customers. We should have to wait until the end of the day to maybe not even have the service done. Very much an inconvience.
