7 am appointment and did not get in until7:45 and was not told of the delay. Stuff was spilled out of my glove box onto the floor. I will not be back!

The only thing that happens everytime is that someone screws with my lights!! My headlights were not on automatic and the automatic bright lights don’t come on! Please don’t do this. This was only a tire. Rotation. Why is anyone touching things on the inside of the car??
